Software support is available via email, phone, or in person. We are committed to giving our clients the highest satisfaction level possible. We also offer Extended Software Support on a montly or yearly basis.
Training Support Team
Our team has had extensive experience in training users on the systems we develop. We actually design and refine our designs with easy of use and training in mind. We can assist with pre-launch training of groups from 1-10,000. We have developed training techniques which can successfully train users of our software via conference call. This saves you time and money.

"Monkey Testing".
This is our term for the process our systems go through before they are deemed ready for a launch. In the Monkey Testing phase - first the developers, then our independent QA testers, then you get to click every link, try every senerio, and try to break the system. This is essential to making the system "bullet proof" for the users.
