York Technology Studio is always interested in the best talent to be had. For us, this has meant hiring so called .mom's, (and .dad's) who work flexible hours. This approach has been richly rewarding for both our company, our employees and our clients. 5:00 am Central calls with clients in the United Kingdom or 7:00 pm calls with clients in Korea are no problem for most of our staff. Many work from home which allows us to keep our overhead low, our service level high, and our employees and their families happy.
